A Day at the Beach


Was asked out today by Shikin. We went to East Coast beach. Arrived damned late. I was getting so excited when I was told Azfar was there. But, unfortunately, we arrived so late, he went off already. Was really bummed out sia. Missed him much.


Anyway, I had to first meet Shikin at the interchange. She hardly recognizes me. That's cuz I look quite different since the last time they saw me. Hahah oh well. It's a good change. Not to brag and all, but even my neighbour complimented me. Interesting.


So stuff happened before we reached the beach. Walked a lot before we got to see Haiqal. He looks the same only now he wears spectacles. Usually he takes them off. So anyway, we went to eat at McDonalds. I only had a drink since I didn't feel all that hungry.


Next off, we went to rent bicycles. Haiqal and Shikin was able to decide on what they wanted to rent: Bicycles or Roller Blades. I, however, had quite a difficult time deciding. I wanted blades cuz i want to learn how to use it and it looks really fun. But then, I saw this guy fall on his hide! So I was like, Oookayy.. Bikes. And Haiqal was like, Message from God? Hahah. So bicycle it was. I can't remember the last time I rode a bike. So when I got it, it was like, hey, why's the wheels so huge? And I had a difficult time manoeuvring the bike out of the rental shop. And when I got on it, I was tip-toeing. My toes hardly even touch the ground! But after a while I got the hang of it. And I sped! Was so fun. The wind was blowing my hair back. It's so nice. Along the way, we saw a LOT of people blading falling. Oh well, sooner or later, I still have to try.


Then called Azfar with Shikin's phone to find out where he's at. But he didn't pick up the phone. So we left, except Haiqal who's staying at a chalet there. In the bus I received a call from Azfar! Hahah. Whatever right. First time talking to him on the phone and since like so long. So I was excited. Talked. Found out that he went kayak-ing (no wonder he didn't pick up the phone). Then when it was our stop, I still had the phone to my ear with one hand and my jacket and bag in the other. So I kinda stood up before the bus properly stopped. And yea, I 'fell'. Luckily not on the ground but fell back into a seat. It was embarrassing! So then we ended our conversation. Made plans for next weekend. We're going canoeing! Please let Azfar come.


Got home, mom bought my favourite noodles. Ate it while watching Aladdin: Return of Jaffar on Disney Channel. Very nice.


So now, I'm hearing lightning and thunder.


Fun day today! Got to meet Haiqal and Shikin, closest friends in MI plus got to talk to Azfar on the phone! Life is goood!


PS I swear there's something going on between Shikin and Haiqal. I know there is.
